Andrew has just turned 17 because of an accident, caused the secondary physical disabilities, though disabled, but Andrew still positive. He thinks himself also can speak, write, sing, travel, work. Prosthetic technology is very developed now, to mount a prosthetic limbs with rehabilitation training. Life will be same as before. Although the body is not perfect now, but positive Andrew always believes in fate is in his own hands. He got a master degree in computer of a famous university in last year. He is the pride of the family. Then let's look at a few basic data, 2015 annual income less than ten thousand of the disabled, The crime rate of the disabled exceeds 5%, and the recidivism rate is almost 100%. Most of the disabled are engaged in low-level criminal activities such as group theft and porcelain blackmail. Due to poor mobility of many people, accidents such as work-related injuries and traffic accidents occur frequently. The expenditure on traditional Chinese medicine accounts for more than 30% of the annual living expenses. These disabled people earn less, have more accidents, are hospitalized, and have a shorter life expectancy.
Andrew often says to people around him that he is physically disabled, but he has been in the circle of normal people since he went to school and worked. Although he feels very tired sometimes and difficult, all his efforts will be rewarded. Come on!  
Andrew also very glad to be able to live in a good age. Wearing a good prosthesis solves a lot of inconvenience in life. He met many excellent tutor for advice on learning, and through his own efforts to graduate. He is working in a science and technology enterprises now. His opinion will be serious study by colleagues & superiors. The standard of living is better than below data. Through learning, he has seen the great world of difference and come into contact with a social level that constantly encourages him to move forward and rise.  
Andrew said that except for a few rich family members, most of the men work in truck repair shops with work-related injuries and do dangerous manual work, while most of the women work in social welfare factories doing piecework of ten and seven cents, such as paper box, packing sanitary napkins and weaving paper ropes.
Andrew thanked his parents and family for letting him stick to his normal study life and work and struggle as a normal person without being discriminated against by his classmates. The tutor trained him in the learning process and taught him the ability and way of thinking about professional technology. Although there may be a long way from their expectations, but he really has the confidence and faith to all the people who care and love him, he can walk, run, even fly, even if the flying is not high, fast, but has surpassed many people, especially himself.
